PacMe Business: HOW IT WORKS

We cater to large consumers, small businesses, and schools and the service works pretty much the same way for all. We consolidate and repack your incoming packages from numerous US suppliers into a cost-efficient outgoing shipment to your country. The more you ship, the lower the $/kg shipping rate. While we can ship containers, pallets, and large items, those are probably better shipped directly from your supplier.  Our service and pricing is best suited for outgoing boxes below 30kg each, though there is no limit to the number of boxes you can have in each shipment.

Think of PacMe as your personal agent to handle all the small shipments that the big freight fowarders can't handle efficiently or with much care.  Most importantly, we are the dim weight experts so by repacking, we will save you a ton on shipping fees.

The explanations on our website are geared towards consumers (e.g. dimensional weight), but the overall system was designed for small businesses as well.  Every package has its own web page, complete with invoice scans, photos, clickable tracking numbers, and a dedicated chat box for any questions. You see on the website what we see in the warehouse. The website software and warehouse operation are completely linked and were designed and written as one system.

Ken and Randy, the two founders, handle all business accounts. Ken designed the system and Randy runs the warehouse.  Both are dedicated to customer service (check out our rave reviews).

The only difference between consumer and business accounts is a slight change in pricing.  Incoming packages incur a $3 fee, and it costs a flat fee of $20 to consolidate and repack an unlimited number of packages into a consolidation.  Consumers don't pay the $3 fee after 7 packages, but businesses continue to pay this fee since incoming packages are usually larger and require more labor to enter into the system.  Then, the international shipping expense is added (see our shipping calculator for real-time quotes).  We get great rates from UPS, which decrease as the weight increases, and use other freight providers for larger shipments as necessary.

PacMe Consumer: HOW IT WORKS

You shop online and have your packages sent to your dedicated US mailing address at the PacMe warehouse in tax-free Oregon. We will store your packages for up to 90 days and then repack all your items into one sturdy box, which we will ship to your address overseas.
